This refreshing creamy mixed salad is a combination of fruits and vegetables, which is very simple and yummy. It looks so colorful and pretty. You only need 13 minutes to make this salad. It is made with creamy, tasty dressing that makes more food to be eaten and it will be loved by your kids.
If you are bored of eating those normal green salads, try something different. I took some of my family’s favourite fruits and vegetables to make this salad. It is a great way to get your kids eat fruits and vegetables.
Ingredients You Need
Vegetables : Use fresh and colorful veggies. I used cucumber, carrot and capsicum.These pack many health benefits, nutrients and are low in calories. You can also use lettuce, cabbage and potatoes. If you are adding potato, then boil it.



Fruits : You can choose fruits of your choice. Here, I used apples and pomegranate. They can boost immunity, improve digestion, give energy and keep you hydrated. You can add pears, peaches, berries, mango, seedless grapes, pineapple and watermelon.


Mayonnaise : It gives a creamy, rich, tangy and smooth texture to the salad that binds all the ingredients together. You can either use the store bought mayonnaise or you can make it at home.
Fresh Cream : Fresh cream in a salad gives smooth and velvety texture that binds beautifully with crispy ingredients. For the better result, chill the dressing.
Salt : This enhances the natural taste of the fruits and vegetables and balance the flavour.
Pepper : It gives a mild spicy flavour to the salad.
Sugar : It is added just to give a sweet flavour to the salad. You can substitute sugar with honey.

Ingredients
2 medium sized cucumber
3/4 cup carrot
1/2 cup capsicum
1 large pomegranate
1 large apple
- For Salad dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh cream
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Wipe them using a towel.
- Chop them into cube sized pieces. In a separate bowl remove the pomegranate seeds.
- In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, sugar and black pepper.
- Now mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.
